Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Contact us with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We cover return shipping for our errors and damaged or defective items; customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
