How do I choose a size?
Measure around the exact place you will wear the belt. Select S (65–80 cm), M (80–95 cm), or L (95–110 cm). Sizes describe the usable buckle-pin-to-hole distance, not trouser size.
Will it fit my belt loops?
Check your belt loops against the 5, 6 or 7 cm strap width. Wider styles are designed primarily for wearing over clothing.
What are the belts made from?
Our collection uses cow leather straps with zinc-alloy hardware. Check each product for its surface finish and individual care instructions.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
Free shipping within the United States. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee.
When does processing begin?
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 7:00 PM CST (fixed UTC−06:00) on a business day begin processing that day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day. Transit time is counted after dispatch; weekends and these holidays are excluded.
Can I return my belt?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Contact us with your order number and reason before sending anything back. Request authorization before returning it to 13 Rue Rosa Parks, 21300 Chenôve, France.
Who pays for a return?
We pay for wrong, damaged or defective items. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When will a refund be issued?
An approved refund is returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days.
